can i change colleges in year 12?

i'm in year 12 currently and realised that i would love to do graphic design at uni. however, my subjects are kind of irrelevant - i do a level english language, media studies and history, none of which im as passionate about as graphic design. if i wanted to do graphic design as an a level i would have to change colleges though, because my college doesn't offer it. is it even possible to change one of my a levels, but keep 2 of them going into year 13? is this a stupid decision? will colleges even accept me at this point?
