1-Start with an intro. (dont let this take too much of your time)
2-Implications for resources: Human, physical and fiancial BOTH OPTIONS
3-Fiancial forecasting: Atleast use 2 (Preferably break even and income statement) BOTH OPTIONS
4-Key factors and risks BOTH OPTIONS
5-Desicon making tools: Try to do 3 if not no less than 2 (Preferably Swot and Pestle)
6-Conclusion and recommendations

Important to link to business aims for higher marks.
