Struggling to decompress having finished PhD
Does anyone have any tips for this. I had my viva recently and am feeling lost having submitted the thesis. Any tips for dealing with the lull after and the sudden mass of free time?
I didn't really struggle with the adjustment, but I suppose I was still teaching for a year and a half after so I had that to keep me busy. Do you have a job lined up? papers to glean from your thesis (I started this and didn't finish haha, 5 yeas after and I've still not published from my thesis!)?
