AS level art exam

Helloo!! I am currently in year 12 studying AS level art, history and sociology. I have just finished my coursework and will begin my first ever 15 hour exam for Art. I took IGCSE art and was nervous but I had friends in my class so i felt content with the environment. This time, I'm alone with just the teacher. I'm not so close to the teacher and non of my friends will be around. I'm scared I will go into a sprial and eventually lose myself in a panic attack. What should I do? Can i trust I will do well? What if I waste too much time in my sketch? What if I mess up? What if i suddenly get art block? I'm so scared, my first 5 hours start tomorrow. Any advice out there please? Thank youuu <3
