PGDE References question
I am applying on UCAS for PGDE Modern Languages.
I am a mature student with a 15 year career mainly in another area (sports management), although I have also taught English as a foreign language.
For my reference, can I include ANY person who knows me in a professional capacity (ie. a boss who worked with me 10 years in the sports industry)?
Or is it best to find someone related to teaching/modern languages?
I know a Modern Languages teacher (friend) who would write me a good reference for example (and maybe even a Principal Teacher of Modern Languages, who I also know)?
Please can you advise ASAP as applications are due in 12 days!
