will i get marked down if i forgot to put any case names in italics in law essay?
It was for land law on undue influence and constructive trusts so was heavily case based...and i just realised after submission i didnt put any case names in italics
honestly worked so hard on it, thought the content and analysis of the cases and academic literature was pretty good, but would this mistake bring my mark down?
