Might depend on the course but in general UCL the last couple years have been known to make a lot of offers very late in the cycle (i.e. up to the end of it in May!).
Until you get a decision you're still being considered and that's a good thing so don't worry about it
Just focus on your studies for now to make sure if you do get an offer, you'll be able to meet the offer requirement in your exams!
