Urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at my IQ Castings studio flat, can have a dual-occupancy if you want to live with your partner. 2 minute walk to university.
20 minutes to railway station and bus station, 10 minutes from most supermarkets.
Comes with small double bed, kitchenette with a fitted hob and microwave oven. Fitted desk, wardrobe, bedside table on opposite side of the room.
£176 p/w, all bills included. Lump sum payment of £2112 due on 17/04, tenancy lasts until 31/08. Happy to pay the £75 booking fee, as well as give you £200 for the expensive prices. Laundry room on site, 24-hour gym, parking spaces available, social room, gaming room.
