The Student Room Group

Hayloft Point lease transfer

I am transferring my contract of an en-suite room at Hayloft Point from mid-May until the end of the contract (14th of September 2024). The move-in date is negotiable as long as it is mid-May. One should be a student who is registered with the UK institution.

The room is on the 15th floor and has views of east London. It comes with a small double bed with all bills included.

The building has excellent connectivity—you can easily get around London by taking 6 different lines of tubes and many buses.

As a student accommodation, it has all the facilities, including 24/7 security, parcel service, a gym, fitness room, laundry room, karaoke room, cinema room, gaming room, study room, etc. It provides a social space, including a common lounge where you can play a pool and table tennis. Vending machines are available for snacks and drinks as well.

If you are interested in taking my room, message me so that I can send you more info or detailed picutres of my room.

Thank you.

Hi, I am sorry to tell you this but since I will be transferring my contract to you, you would need to pay the accommodation and thus it is not negotiable.
