AS and A level subject selection

if i take bio,P.E,business and acc along with eng A levels
,will i be able to get a seat in a good university

sports med major/minor(pref major) and finance related major/minor(more likely minor), and i can get above B in all of them easily and A is not too hard as well

Sport / finance is not a subject combination you are likely to find at UK Unis - or Finance and 'Medical' either.

Sports Management is the most relevant subject :
Sport Management and Coaching BSc (Hons) with professional placement (bath.ac.uk)
Sport Business Management, BSc (Hons) - UCLan
or something that combines Biosciences etc with Management or Sport and Medicine :
BSc (Hons) Sports Business Management · Manchester Metropolitan University (mmu.ac.uk)
BSc Biological Sciences with Management | The University of Edinburgh
Sports Science in Relation to Medicine BSc | University of Leeds
Sport Therapy and Rehabilitation BSc (Hons) - Sport and Exercise Science - University of Derby
