Random question but if your a paeds nurse (student), can you specialise anywhere once graduation or do you have to work as a general staff nurse... then apply for specialist
Depends on how you mean "specialise"
Working in a specialist area (ED, ITU, theatres etc) totally doable, particularly if you live near or are able to move near a large children's hospital; working as a CNS etc, not doable.
