Sorry my fault, should have been clearer - I'm doing LLB Law and apparently its different depending on the course?

Can someone please clear this up for me, thanks

it's £3250, I'm 100% sure, if you don't believe me, contact city's undergradute admissions department.
Hi - The fees info from the City Finance website for undergraduates is available from:
http://www.city.ac.uk/studentcentre/support/2009-10%20Student%20Finance.html

.. It seems that
''Home UK Undergraduate students will pay £3,225 in tuition fees for academic year 2009-2010. This is payable each academic year with inflationary increases.''

I thought I would contribute this to the mix - This link to the fees info might also be useful to you too here is just a sample - http://www.city.ac.uk/finance/student_info/payingfees.html
'' New 2009/10 undergraduate students receiving national support:
If you are a full time UK or EU undergraduate, you will be able to apply for a student loan to meet some or all of the cost of your tuition fees for each year of your course. Confirmation of your registration will be sent by the University to the Student Loans Company (SLC), and if you are eligible, the amount you have requested as a fee loan will be paid directly to the University by the SLC. Please bring your SLC entitlement letter to your registration session. You will need to pay the balance of your fees directly to the University either in full at registration or in two equal instalments i.e 50% at registration and 50% on or before the last working day of January''

In addition here is the FAQ with how to find all the fee info you need and some general info about paying them online for all new students undergrad or postgrad, home or overseas.

Hi
Was looking into this for you - check the following pages for info:
Journalism UG/PG see here: http://www.city.ac.uk/journalism/courses/fees.html
All other UG see here: http://www.city.ac.uk/studentcentre/support/2009-10%20Student%20Finance.html

Check the FAQ also, as it has links to other schools for more up to date info. If you are in the School of Informatics as a Postgrad student check here for info and select your programme: http://www.soi.city.ac.uk/pgcourses/index.html
Don't worry if you think you have it wrong - the Student Loans company (SLC) will send confirmation of your attendance to City Uni for them to confirm that you have enrolled (normally between October and end of Nov), and confirm the fees payable then, and correct it if its different. It is better that it is over, than under.

There is a database that the SLC use to work out fees that the majority if not all universities submit at least a years in advance but if you are still not sure, then phone the finance office at City and explain your concern or phone up your local Education Authority (LEA/ borough council to whom you applied for a fees loan) and explain it to them.

ive just applied 4 student loans, and i got nothing 4 my tuition fees. Is that normal?
Flavity is correct hparsons4 - Tuition fee loans are not income dependant so you should have the choice of taking out a loan against your fees - it is paid directly to your university or college and the amont is added to the student loan amount you choose to take out.
In addition the only means tested loan is the student loan and that is dependant on income etc. The Maintenance grant is also measured in this way. take a look here for more information: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/EducationAndLearning/UniversityAndHigherEducation/StudentFinance/Applyingforthefirsttime/DG_171539

Chill. You created one new thread asking information which was clearly, easily available on the website. People were quite supportive to you. There is no need to get heated up.

Teenage pirate and fblade both have contributed a lot in City threads. It's normal for members to say hi-hello to each other during such discussions. I don't want to get into the 'rules and regulations' discussion now but I hope you get my point.
cheers
