Maybe yes, maybe they included their ukcat results on their ucas form, or kings received the results earlier.

Could be any of these.

Oxford rejected based on an algorithm taking into account % GCSE A*s and BMAT, so it wouldn't surprise me if other unis did it. Only kids on 100% got in this year.
Sucks to go to a school that do 13 then, eh!
