Triple Science Help!

Hi guys, recently I have received my results for my ISA resit. Unfortunately, I only got a low A, 29/40. I am extremely disappointed as I am desperate for an a*. Can someone tell me what UMS points this is? And also how many times can you resit an ISA. And finally, can I still get an a* overall, considering that i have 93 UMS in Chem unit 1, thank you.
29 = roughly about 60-65 UMS

360 UMS = A*

Looks like I am resitting!!! How many times can you redo an isa?
3 time i think..

93 + 60 = 153 = a B so far
is this AQA? If so the school should only "cash in" your isa when they have to, and will only send in one for each GCSE (so 1 single, 1 double, or 1 bio, 1 chem, 1 phys). This means you can do as many ISAs as your teachers have time for, only the best one gets sent off.

you need at least 36/40 on the ISA+PSA to get an A*. so that's 30 on the paper assuming you have a PSA of 6.

Without re-sitting you'll have to average ~100UMS in the remaining 2 modules to get an A*

I think u can do 3 ISAs. In my school you can do 3in year 10 and then 3 in year 11 for each science..but I'm doing triple science. I would ask your teacher about where you lost marks.

As is AQA you only need 1 ISA for each science GCSE, that's 6 ISAs per subject.

The AQA specification gives no limit to the number of ISA pieces that can be performed, only the best is submitted anyway!

in my school we do aqa isa as many times we want until we get the grade, but not more than 3 times
it depends on your school so talk to the head of science

AQA,
i got 34/40 on an ISA which was UMS of 95 - but this changes for each ISA
not normally, the ISA score->UMS conversions are generally the same for each ISA series.
The most recent conversions i've seen (and the ones we use) are:
ISA UMS
40 100
39 100
38 100
37 95
36 90
35 85
34 80
33 78
32 75
31 73
30 70
29 68
28 65
27 63
26 60
25 58
24 55
23 53
22 50
21 48
20 45
19 43
18 40
17 38
16 35
15 33
14 30
