Just go slow? A vagina stretches to accomodate a penis, naturally it is only 3-5 inches long and 3 inches wide. Of course she's going to need time for it to adequately stretch to make room for it.

Does it really matter? As long as you actually turn her on before hand and are fairly gentle at first then itl be fine. Just to remind you, its a muscle. It can accommodate a lot more than you think.
