The Consequences of Rising Unemployment

With cuts cuts cuts everywhere we're all in for a hard time. This video sums up the future for a lot of us soon to be graduating, especially those of us (like me) with non vocational/arts degrees:

Choose a better course next time?!

Wouldn't guarantee you a job, but would be in a much more employable position.

It's difficult, I'm more into the arts than sciences or business etc. The arts cuts are going to produce a nation of inept unhappy call centre workers.

Anyone know the code for embedding btw?

What language is that video in btw? It sounds like english but I can't understand it.

People with vocational / arts degrees always had a hard time getting a job.

Yeah but with the cuts in the arts it's going to be even harder. We'll all end up like the guy in that video.

It would help if we could understand what he was saying? What language is that video in?

Don't be a dick. He's clearly speaking in English. It's a Northern Irish accent. It's not that hard to understand. Don't you watch Hollyoaks?

No its someone pretending they are a poet, if they just spoke at a standard speed and emphasis rather than being pretentiously artsy it'd come across far better.

Graduate prospects are improving but there are still too many graduates chasing too few jobs.

I think if you watch his other videos you'll see he is a poet. And unemployment might be falling over in GB but here in Northern Ireland it's on the rise.
