I work at a Uni supporting specialist teams doing admin crap and smiley faceness I earn around 8.80p/h
I work at Halfords, for £5.84 p/h, plus whatever I manage to make in bonuses! I only work 7 hours a week though

How much do you come out WITH commission, im curious? One of my acquaintances has been working in phone sales, since 22...he's now 29. About a year ago and a bit ago he switched to working for 3. He is still on the shop floor and earns the same basic as you.....but now takes home a relatively 'crazy' salary after commission and view of the actual job requirements....

its confusing haha! and depends on what phones/tariffs etc... its a brilliant job and company to work for. I know people who have come out with about £800 a month in commission. i love working on commission, but i know compared to other networks/stores (i know phones 4 u are notoriously bad in terms of making 'commission drones) 3 has a brilliant balance of commission and basic wage
To answer your question, i work 11 hours a week on 6.72 or something similar after a pay rise.. with commision i'd say about £500 a month?

Yeah sounds pretty good. Seriously during a couple of months my acquaintance has come out with £2000 (pre tax), normal months usually around £1600-1800-so was curious whether this was the case with most 3 employees. He's contracted for 30 hours a week, but lol as you mention the incentives with the commission frequently mean he works a few hours a week extra without a basic
I work in a furniture shop on only one day a week, and I get £6 an hour. Though this is a little inflated due to the fact that my boss is always anything between 5 minutes and 30 minutes late arriving to open up the shop, so I also get paid a bit to stand outside in the cold

I work at Sainsbury's part time and get £6.54 an hour.
Work at Iceland (foods), run the frozen section generally. Pay is something like £6.78 an hour. I only work about 8-12hrs in term time (at uni), holidays as much as I can get, a couple of years ago that would have been a lot of hours, these days I'm lucky if I even get any extra hours apart from covering illness. If I can't get any more then 8-12hrs over this summer I'll have to look for a second job as well..
works out about £13-15 an hour on average. Refereeing U16, U18 and senior football on a saturday and sunday for 8-10 hours. Helped me pay off my holiday, go out when I want to and not have ask my parents for a penny. Can't say it's an easy job but the pay helps you get through the weekend.
