Art A level disadvantage?

Hi, I was just wondering, as a potential history applicant, would having art as my fourth A2 put me at a disadvantage for Oxford?
I'm predicted:
Art - A*
History - A*
English lit - A
Psychology - A
I only say this because I know psychology and art aren't considered 'facilitating subjects', (despite the fact I find psychology the hardest subject by far) :/ and the art workload is substantially more than my other subjects.
I just...want an answer really. I want to continue with it (cause I got 100% in my as) but do you think it would be better to re-direct my efforts to getting an A* in another subject besides history?
Thank you

You're worrying too much about this, partly because another Oxford student (not a Historian) on a different thread gave you poor advice.

First the general position: 'Providing that any specific subject requirements have been met, all A-levels are approved for admissions purposes, with the exception of General Studies'

http://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate_courses/courses/courses_and_entrance_requirements/

Now if you check out History in the table here:

http://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate_courses/courses/courses_and_entrance_requirements/table.html

..the only A2 mentioned for History is History itself, and even this is (highly) 'recommended' rather than 'essential'. There is at least one current Oxford History student (and TSR member) who doesn't even have a History GCSE. The HAT is too useful a predictor of future potential to exclude someone purely on the basis of a less than ideal third or fourth A2 choice.

Good luck

yeah! You remember me! ^.^ thank you for that, university application (especially for early entry) is so stressful, I'm getting different answers for different questions left right and centre.

Thanks again!

I know this is an old post but this is a myth. I just got accepted into oxford with only three subjects , classical studies, art and English. It's not important
