University of Leeds, Fine art With history of art portfolio requirements

I am studying a UAL level 3 extended diploma in visual art and design. I have applied to the fine art with history of art course at Leeds university and have some questions about portfolio requirements with that specific course. If anyone is studying this course at the moment I would truly appreciate some feedback ! Here are some of my questions
- The portfolio requirements given by the university do not specify if they would like sketchbook pages on artist research, is this something I should include in my portfolio as it is a part history of art course or do I not need to put that in ?
- How strict are they on Numbers of images ?
- I only use digital sketchbooks (so coursework is on google slides) so most of my process, development, and research is all typed - will this put me at a disadvantage should I write some of my digital sketchbook pages out ?
