Disclaimer: The product may not match the description given but it will be edible...no refunds or exchanges

Just worth noting that you've now made a counter offer which Maj has to either accept or reject. Also, if your product causes personal injury, regardless of any terms stated in the disclaimer, you will still be liable to have prosecution held against you due to the Unfair Contract Terms Act of 1977; if your product arrives to him and is not considered edible, this will be in breach of the Sale Of Goods Act of 1979 - although 'edible' is subjective, if you do not clearly state what is constituted as 'edible', the court may act against your favour as you proposed unclear terms.

Oh really I'm actually better at the practicals, I somehow manage to fluke them lol and at most lose one mark Alhamdulillah
My chemistry teacher always nags on about highlighting the key points in a question and it actually works in terms of stopping us making silly mistakes - try it

I'm retaking last year's practical.. hate the papers for them! Also the chemistry papers.. dropped 10 marks in my mock because I missed out a lone pair, a negative sign, and I misread the units for volume in one question. Wtf :colonhash:

I'll try it, thanks

Maths and Physics are a lot easier for me..
