Lol of course it's the last time we can make fun of them for lack of trophy.

Last time Arsenal won a trophy, Lost was still on TV

Hahaha true lool....although there will still be hate from everyone...
i can already hear everyone saying "yeah but it's only the FA Cup..you're bottlers like always and you can't even win the prem league" or the simple "you're ****!"

btw, what's that website which has a countdown since the last time arsenal won a trophy??...i can't seem to find it (my computers messed up)...

i want to track that and see what happens after today's result

It wont work unless you have 20 different debit cards...

wanted to slap 200 squidders on it :s-smilie:

£200

I would absolutely melt putting that much money on a match. Did £175 before and almost lost, never again.

classic yaboy

as i said, the severity isn't the same; it is obviously worse to be racist than it is to stereotype a liverpool fan, but the intentional discrimination is an almost identical thought pattern ,which is what i'm getting at.

i assume now you'll completely ignore any intellectual component here and try to wum?

Nah, We have different schools of thought. You see any type of abuse or discrimination as a bad thing.

I accept it as a fact of life.

The world isn't a hippy loving orgy of equality and fairness Luke, there's great intolerance shown in support of tolerance. We are all as bad as each other in my eyes bar the LGBT lot who take their standards to subhuman levels.

I remember putting £50 on Aaron Ramsey to score first and we ended up losing that match. Giroud screwed me over. I think I posted that on here. And on another occasion I put £50 for us to come from behind and beat Southampton at St Mary's at about 3/1 odds, and we took the lead but they equalized. I don't think Arsenal have ever won me money before.

Hopefully its a good sign.
To those getting excited by that 888 offer, there are literally £1000s of such deals every month that you can exploit, absolutely risk free, using 'matched betting'. Google it, spend a few hours reading about it and you'll literally make enough to pay for your summer holidays in a few days messing about on your laptop.

It's strictly once per person though, but if your parents/grandparents/etc have a different address then you can do it for them as well. Money for absolutely nothing, everyone should do it!

Don't know what matched betting is. I'm not even a gambler really.

I doubt I'll do it cos it sounds like an utter ball ache but where do you find these offers?

It's not gambling.

Every bookies has an offer that's a variation of ''Deposit £X and we'll give you £2X to bet with''. Bet on say Arsenal to beat Hull, and then just go onto betfair and 'bet against' or 'lay' Arsenal to beat Hull. These cancel out and basically you can withdraw the £2X from the bookies after having deposited half that. There are certain issues that you need to watch, but nothing that actually endangers your money or profit. Sounds harder than it is probably.

More info: http://www.savethestudent.org/make-money/what-is-matched-betting.html

You could start with these, there are loads more: http://www.oddschecker.com/free-bets

Obviously it all sounds too good to be true, but there is absolutely no catch. Just before the WC will be a great time to look into it as well, the bookies always go OTT with offers.

I hope to be proved wrong on that front, and like I said, once I do, I expect my views to change, but I'm still waiting.

i hope you're proved wrong too
i would say i'm quite decent (in person); i'm much more modest when talking about liverpool
my best friend is an arsenal fan - i barely said anything when we beat you 5-1 because i know he was gutted about it.

i'm sorry, it's difficult for me to take you seriously on an intellectual basis because you're a notorious troll, so i can never tell when you're being serious or not (no offence).

but yes, we have completely different views, but i don't see that as a bad thing really - it just displays that people have their own opinions and outlooks on life as a whole.

i understand and accept that injustice and discrimination regularly occurs; i merely argue the moralistic side of things.

Na I know, bookies do this sort of thing all the time to get people signed up and betting. Just never really put the effort into trying to make decent money off this.

Also regarding the highlighted bit, I swear some of them make you roll it over two or three times before you can withdraw it.

It has to be with new accounts doesn't it?

Just close the accounts after if you like, withdraw the free cash and forget about it.

This is true. But a)you hopefully 'lose' the bet with the bookies and 'win' at betfair before then so you cash out on betfair and b)if you dont bust out, just roll it over three times the. There are websites that will find the appropriate bets for you and it takes 5m to place the bets. Even if you cant be bothered to do them all, bet 365 have a £200 offer that would take half a day to complete.

Yeah, and they're strict about that. But if you have parents/grandparents/etc with a different address, then just open a new bank account at that address(or even just ask your grandad to open up a new bank account for you to use for a few weeks) and youre good to go again!
