Monoclonal Antibodies
Could anybody help me on how monoclonal antibodies work, especially in pregnancy kits?

In terms of pregnancy HCG is an antigen secreted by placenta in the urine of pregnant women. Monoclonal antibodies bind to this and cause a blue line if pregnant
