you aren't "genetically male" as long as you have a y chromosome. you're genetically male if you have xy. if you have xxy then you are genetically intersex. any other combination other than xx or xy = intersex (neither genetically male or female). i'm an intersex male myself (somatic mosaicism xx/xy - means i have both xx and xy chromosomes) i look male, have male genitals and identify as a male, though i did have to have surgery due to excess breast tissue.
being intersex doesnt make you less of what you identify with. if you identify as female, then you're female. and vice versa. it doesn't determine who you are, you dont need to be nervous about getting tested. obviously theres downsides. i'm sterile due to my condition, but it doesnt otherwise affect my life. the hormonal problems causing lack of facial hair and other problems are easily correct with hormone therapy (testosterone injections) which will be prescribed by your doctor.
