Far fewer opportunities to make that kind of money elsewhere.
No, just a pretty little house in yorkshire with ivy growing up the walls
**** yes!!! Although, it's not my dream. It's my ambition.
Nope, I'm really not keen on big, busy cities! I'm living in Leicester at university and I went home at the weekend. Home is in the middle of the countryside and I could actually smell the grass (not weed haha)! Although it's handy having lots of amenities within walking distance, I wouldn't choose to buy in any city, especially not London, with it being the busiest in Britain!

Unfortunatey a leasehold, so ground rent can hurt a bit
I do not dream of living in a bedsit, no.

edit: That's a three bedroom flat but it costs £3.5m.

edit2: And leasehold. What a joke.

If I had a million quid to spend on a flat or house, I wouldn't spend it on a tiny flat.
I have a 4 bedroom house in Maida Vale my parents gave me for tax reasons. Thats worth just over a million!

No one farts around with freehold flats, not worth the effort.

It's probably a 1000 year lease, hardly like you'll get evicted.

Its NW6 actually, its between Madia Vale and Kilburn. And two of the bedrooms are pretty small too.
