Student timetables are notavailable just yet but here is the online timetable link: http://lucas.lboro.ac.uk/its_apx/f?p=student_timetableTimetables arereleased individually by Schools and this happens throughout September, so you should be hearing soon.

All my friends at other unis now know who all their flatmates are and I feel like I'm missing out... :frown:

Yes, I'm afraid personal refrigerators (including mini ones) are not allowed in halls for health and safety reasons, unless required specifically for medical purposes such as for the storage of medicines etc (subject to university approval and provision).

All of the rooms in our halls are equipped with a desk and study area, which should include a noticeboard.

If you go to http://www.lboro.ac.uk/services/campus-living/accommodation/halls/, you can see 360° views of the rooms. Alternatively, if you have more specific requests you can contact our accommodation team:

Hi Pizzanomics

You will get an 'Arrival Pass' a few days before arrival, which will state your room number in order to be issued your keys.

How would we know, as an insurance student, whether or not I was one of the people who got accommodation?
I had received the email about the options to consider and not every insurance student getting accommodation, but it didn't specify whether or not I have got it

You should have received an e-mail on Friday telling you about your options - see this announcement here:
http://www.lboro.ac.uk/services/campus-living/accommodation/announcements/insurance-students-update.html

If you've chosen which option you want - private halls or campus accommodation, you'll hear by Thursday this week (10th) which you've been allocated.

Hi ike96

Hall subs are paid for directly to the Students' Union. You'll need to go on to LSU site sign in with your IT credentials and the go to the halls page and make your payment there.
