I'm looking to get my first car in the next few months but I dont want something small like a corsa or clio etc. I got a quote from an insurer which is GBP 2,500 for a 2013 Ford Kuga 1.6 which isnt bad anyone know of any other SUV's or bigger saloons that arent to expensive on insurance?
Oh and I plan on lowering the SUV anyway

If you have any modifications you have to let your insurer know. This, in most cases (especially with younger drivers) results in your premium going up a bit.
