Strange Roommate?

I like how through this entire thread you have ignored what people have said and are continuing to say how he HAS to socialise with you. Leave him alone he clearly is not interested in drinking with you, drink and go out with someone else. Yes you have to live with him, but all he is obliged to do is pay his rent and keep the space clean, nothing else. Jesus.

Indeed. When I was at a brick uni, we lived with a few final years. They had already made friends. They chose not to socialise with us, which no-one was offended with.

Thanks

What should i do though cuz i need to live together for a pretty long time.Basically i tried to get him out of his shell but at this moment it seems not possible. What to do?It is the first time i am confronting myself with this kind of situation.

Why do you need to make him do things?

You've tried and tried, the message is clear he is happy the way he is, you do not have to force him do what you want. Leave him alone, or move in with your other friends.

If it was me, I'd smack you in the face for ****ing annoying me continuously!

LEAVE HIM ALONE!!
