Business & Politics @ Newcastle or Modern Languages with Psych @ Southampton - Help!

As the title states I really would just like some advice, I've gotten into both Newcastle & Southampton which I never expected to happen and now I'm so confused.

Not only do I love both unis but the courses are so different that I have offers for. I've always been good at Languages so that's what I initially applied for, but I changed to combined honours @ Newcastle which allows me to create my own degree so I opted for Business and Politics with a minor in a language whereas Soton I've still got my offer for German Linguistic Studies with a minor in Psychology; it's such a good language school that I wouldn't want to change to anything else if I were to go there.

Ultimately, I just want advice on which degree would stand me in better light for future employment because that's all I'm really worried about; I know I'd enjoy both degrees and their modules are great.

I just wouldn't mind some advice.

Either. Companies employ people not the university they attended.

Do the course you are most interested in.

No, I get that. I'm more talking about which course would be better in the long term. I know it doesn't matter too much about unis.

I guess there's quite a difference between a language as a major and a language as a minor, if you want to go into work with languages do german lingustics, if you want to go into something else then pick the other option.
