Tissue culture is used to grow rare and important plants. Tissues are scraped off the parent plant and placed in agar jelly in a petri dish with nutrients and Auxin. These grow into little plantlets which are then planted into compost. Tissue culture is more expensive than cuttings but it causes less harm to the parent plant.

You got it right :smile:

LDL = bad cholesterol
HDL= good cholesterol (also prevents build up of plaques in blood vessels)
Lowering cholesterol by doing more exercise.. This increases metabolic rate and breaks down fat.
Reducing food intake.
Using statins (drugs) which reduce blood cholesterol level, however there are some side effects and there is a chance of developing type 2 diabetes.
