I put 0 effort into French and got one mark into an A in 2 of my CAs and one mark off and A in the other two and I only need 99/120 UMS to get an A so I'm sure you'll be fine 😉 (My teacher worked it out for my class)
Good luck and I hope you get the A* which you deserve 😊

try not to sound too gassed  x

You have a Labour Party picture! I'm Labour too
Hello Comrade  Most Students are very liberal!
unlike other people in my class i found them both fairly easy, i also do french and spanish!
I think the listening paper was harder than the reading but im hoping i did well in both!

My target grades in french and spanish are both A*'s and i'd love to see an unofficial mark scheme to have an idea of how i did! let me know if anyone finds one! x

Bonne chance tout le monde, j'espere que tu as bon notes x x x

Salut, tout le monde!

I was just wondering if anyone had a rough idea of the raw marks to UMS points conversion for this year, or if anyone had any predictions regarding that? I'm a little nervous- I'm aiming for an A*, and I'm trying to work out how many marks I'd need to get (from the reading and listening) to get into that grade. I've already managed to get full UMS points on the speaking and writing (30/30 on both speaking and writing pieces), so I guess that's a little reassuring!

Bonne chance!

One thing you have to remember is that the writing coursework is marked externally like the exams. Your teacher may have given you a rough grade, but unfortunately AQA have really tough markers. My teacher thought I had an A* in my writing, but the examiner gave it a low B.
Hope your exam went ok!
listening was kind of hard but the reading was surprisingly easy imo

Remember everyone, clean the house before you take a selfie - wouldn't want a dog in it!

The only answers to questions that I remember were that the girl was very enthusiastic about New Year's Eve (she said it was the best day of the year for her) and the boy would rather have been with his friends. The answer to the second part of the question for him was something along the lines of his favourite part being the part at midnight where the whole town went out to celebrate.
