Liverpool should have the luxury this year of not losing their key player after Suarez went two seasons ago, and Sterling last season. Whilst Suarez was a bigger loss, Sterling was central to Liverpool's game last season before someone makes a comparison.

Got a ticket to the Barca friendly at Wembley 
A shame it's unlikely Mascherano will still be a Barcelona player by the time he plays us. That said, I think he only played with Lucas from our current squad.

I've been to Wembley more times than I've been to Anfield, it's pretty bad realty.
Would be a cool day out down to London if I could get a few!!

I always try to watch at least one pre-season friendly though because it's during the summer when I have little on
Really hope I can get tickets, will be great to see both teams and I'm really optimistic for next season.

I've only been to Anfield once. Loved it! Mind you I didn't enjoy the pub I went to before hand.

I know it's a bit of a comedown from Wembley but is anyone thinking of going to one of the domestic friendlies? Going to try for Fleetwood Town myself.
