I'm not too sure but anything to do with gene technologies as this seems to be the harder part of the course.
Does anyone have any predictions for the B7 six markers?

Oh god of course that's the one thing I haven't revised yet...

A tip for genetic modification:
I'm Really Very Tired of Science

I'm = Isolation of gene
Really = Replicate gene
Very= put gene into a Vector (plasmid or virus)
Tired= Transfer gene to a new cell (bacteria cell)
Science= Select successfully modified genes

A little anagram I made up to help me remember the steps

Wow, that is really good, especially as I struggle to remember these steps. Thanks

That's so good - as the anagram is so true!!
Thank you :h:
Yeah I thought we would all be able to relate to it so it would help us to remember it better!!

B7 is the easiest unit out of biology. It's mainly just common sense.
