Need Help and Advice!

I am in the USA right now and in the process of moving back to the UK after 16 years and I have my HNC in Business and want to study AAT level 2. I just wanted to know if it was worth it ? And if I can get a job in Accounts while studying for level 2? What should I do? Anyone know any other options? I really want to make enough to support myself without my parents.

I know I enjoy working with business and aspects like that but I just dont know exactly what in business? See, I already have my HNC in Business. I just don't know what to do when I get to the UK from USA.
