I was wondering if the only way to apply to a part time job in Argos is online or if it's the case where you can only apply by handing in a cv.

You can hand in a CV, sure. If there's a job going and they want applications, it'll go online but they may not accept in-store applications. It really depends on the shop, the manager, and their policies
