How to go from AS C grade to an A-A* at A2

I wan to work my socks of for A2 but HOW ? what did you do?
more past papers?
Trying to LEARN the content ?
tips for memorising?
did you learn the mark scheme word for word?

I'm prepared to go to the limits - i need to get AAA!!!

I went from D in AS Chem to almost an A in A2.

Just focus and treat it like a full time job i made the mistake to underestimating the difficulty of A levels.
