Carphone Warehouse Training after Interview

hello Guys, I had an interview with carphone warehouse for a job i applied for, i recieved a call 4 days later in which the person said i've got the job and that the training and travel will be booked for me, its been a week now and i have not received anything, I really want to know how long it would take since i would be starting university on the 19th of this month.
