Kings College London- Medicine 2017 Entry

Well done everyone am genuinely pleased for anyone that gets an interview......
I am just waiting on the rejection note, am so disappointed in myself at my ukcat score and knew it was a long shot putting kings down, but am above what they expect in the IB score ...... hey ho think a gap year is calling and intense revision on UKCAT :frown:

UKCAT is just one part out of many! If you have good marks, PS, and reference, you could still stand a chance :smile:

Hey never lose hope! If you performed really well in other areas then there's a pretty good chance of still being considered! Do you mind me asking what you scored?

Do international applicants get chosen for interviews later? Here are my stats:
UKCAT: 700
IB 43 with 777 for HLs
no IGCSE but I have emailed the admissions and they said it was not a problem

I still haven't gotten an interview invitation, should I be worried?

Plenty of time left fam. You'll have to stay on edge like the rest of us :biggrin:

i got very low 600's..... AR let me down, but i got SJ1....
other stats are
8 A*, 2A, 1B at Gcse
predicted IB of 40 (KCL ask for min of 35) , am doing chem/bio/latin at higher, then maths/eng/psych at standard

have done the BMAT too

No they gave me the date, but if you're worried about being given a date you can't attend on, there is an option to reschedule it (provided you give a valid reason).
