would these gcse grades be good enough for Oxbridge?

I am in the midst of preparing for my gcses this year. Say i gain these grades:
maths 8 or 9(both mean a*)
english 7(A)
sciences 3 A*
history A*
R.E A*
german A or A*
computing A
ECDL A*
Would they be good enough for GCSEs?

GCSEs won't matter a huge deal. If you get anything like those grades you'll be fine but will need to back it up at A-levels where it matters.

That should be alright. Just make sure you do your best, especially in maths, English and science!

The grades are fine and won't hold you back. However, your lack of understanding about what is and isn't acceptable to unis is going to hold you back far more.
