Theresa May is handed her P45

A protester handed Theresa May a P45 form while she was delivering a speech at the Conservative Party conference.

You can watch the video here.

What do you make of this? Do you think this was a good protest? Do you think she handled it well?

All entirely pointless, will be forgotten in a week and is making the city centre really fecking annoying.

Protesters decided that the best way to have a go at the Tories was to block off all the tram lines, causing delays to the entire network. Inconveniencing precisely zero politicians, but a few hundred thousand commuters. Really helpful.
Will be jokes if this is her Blair or Thatcher moment (ie the moment she's forced out of office mid term)
why shouldn't she be fired ??

clueless on immigration, clueless on Brexit, clueless on terrorism, average on the economy,
I think who gives a flying ****.
The most important speech of her life and everything goes wrong. The backdrop is surely a metaphor for her premiership, and perhaps the Tory party itself.

There's a valid argument that a city that is suffering a great deal from austerity cuts ought not to be welcoming the party responsible for them.

If a city could refuse a conference then none would ever be held.

But don't cloud the issue; this is Labour supporters making life hell for normal people. They're not affecting politicians. They're not winning any friends.

When he's handing it to her, it looks like he's giving her the tip sheet for the speech. She puts it down as if she's keeping it for later.

If the Tories couldn't find a venue to take them, that would be only just. They would have to meet in Monaco or something, which would be more their natural territory.

It's how loathsome unpleasant and dangerous people should be treated.

There'd be plenty of places unwilling to host any party.

Your bunch are a load of ***** as well.

Except there's no public transport to said field...
He was a prankster, not a protestor.

Showing her P45 is quite accurate. The Conservatives are less concerned with delivering Brexit and living up to whatever worthless slogan they are promoting now (strong and stable?) and more concerned with using Brexit to squabble among themselves like boarding school kids. Johnson and Moggy are waiting in the wings for their moment.

Personally i think his actions were disgusting. He has no decorum or respect.

On the other hand May's cough was awful.

By all accounts Boris's Telegraph speech has killed him among MP's who now view him as a disloyal rat. Mogg on the other hand has apparently had a brilliant conference with packed spaces and MP's coming to see what the fuss is about.
Wasn't he a disaffected Tory, i can relate to that. She is no leadership material.

Do you really think that Mogg can get the votes of the young? The reason that the young are attracted to Corbyn is that he talks about issues that are important to them. Why would Mogg appeal to them?

Bear in mind that the average age of the Tory conference was 57.

The real star in your party is Ruth Davidson and if you choose Mogg over her, it will be quite something.

Just plain rude, she is a the leader of a country, should be treated with respect no matter whether you like or hate her policies.
Simon brodkin is a legend!!!!
