Screenwriting Entry Requirements

Hi, I am planning on completing an Access to HE course in order to go on to study screenwriting at undergraduate level. However, I am wondering what subject area would be most relevant to the degree - as my local college does not have anything specifically film or screenwriting related. The next best option seems to be Access to HE in Humanities and Teaching however I'm worried this won't be sufficient enough to gain me a place on the course? Please help!!
