Do they just sit in a room banning people and handing out warnings? I think its abit OTT to actually have a physical business location for such an averagely created site which functions like a project from W3Schools. Also since Im practically running the place there just isnt a need for it.

TSR is totally up itself, and I agree that it's OTT for them to have business premises when much bigger (and friendlier and more useful) sites like Reddit just sit there existing.
If I reply now to all the blogs I follow then then I get instant replies. If I wait until 1am I can clear my notifications completely in 15 mins, cos everyone's asleep.
