I think you could do a psychology degree but double check...
Have a look at the ncs website, it shows you different career paths and tells you what you need to do to get there.

I would look at each subject separately and look at the various career paths from each one. For example, look up a uni course in psychology and they usually have a list showing the kind of things you would expect to go into once you'd finished a degree in that subject

A lot. A career in health and social care is the best tbh. Those subjects fit really well with nursing for example or a social worker

Radiography is basically the technology behind medicine using x rays ct scans
