Medical schools often have radically different ways of selecting applicants for interview, so we would advise you apply to the ones where you are most likely to get an interview as the strengths in your application suit the way they select people, then choose based on course structure, location, etc.
There is no difference whatsoever in the degree you end up with whatever med school you go to.
