Not sure what uni course to do

Last year i wanted to do criminal investigation or criminal psychology but now I've lost interest in it, as i find psychology boring.
Now i'm debating whether to do something science related. I was thinking about chemistry but i hate practicals but i like the theory, so i don't think chemistry at uni would be good.
SHould i still apply for criminal psychology or not? as i kinda need to start my personal statement soon so i need to aim it at a course.
Is there any other science course with not many practicals
