Out of Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Geography which 3 should I take? Or do you think I should that all 4?

No they are not. Unis only consider three A-Levels, and for them, A*A*A* is much better than AAAB

They require only 3 yes but what I am saying is that A*A*A*A* is better than A*A*A* and it depends on your ability to cope with 4 subjects vs 3
