H&M Application Question, please help

I am applying to H&M and really need this job everything is going great but I am not sure how to answer the following, please help.

At H&M we put the customer first in everything we do. How would you contribute to this?

You just need to say how you put a customer first e.g - stopping what you are currently doing to help a customer or going the extra mile to make their shopping experience as smooth and pleasurable as possible.

always offering help
complimenting their choices.
