Is this OK?
Hi I'm a gay guy and when I tell this to new people I meet (not other gays) I usually get asked 'are you a top or a bottom?' Both guys and girls ask me this. Do you think this is an acceptable question to ask a gay guy you've just met?
I think its because as I have mentioned my sexual orientation people think its ok to ask about sex related stuff.

Yeah it keeps happening though.
It's a bit weird to ask outside of an actual dating context.

some people are just curious i guess but yeah, it's very invasive and they shouldn't do that
I don't think so but it depends on how open you are as a person.
