Worried about my degree choice

There's plenty of German and Spanish PGCE options so i wouldn't worry about not having French.

Doing a 3 language degree could actually be a disadvantage - I studied post-A Level French and German and beginner's Japanese for my BA and the 5 unis I wanted to apply to for a French and German PGCE programme wouldn't accept an application from me. My degree was deemed unsuitable for teaching because the 3-way split meant I didn't have sufficient subject and/or cultural knowledge

That's actually really interesting to hear - after all the stuff on this post I'd decided to do French with the foreign language centre from next year onwards to get "German and/with Spanish with Proficiency in French"... But do you think that would disadvantage me? I thought having a third language could only be an advantage?

Also it's not the availability of PGCE that bothers me, it's the availability of a job*
