That's good to know

Yep, Laus is right - no hard feelings. Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better, I'm not so bad either, just knackered after a busy few days.
Hey. I haven't posted here in a while, but I've been thinking of you all.
I have a question. Does anybody else ever get this thing happen to them where they zone out for a while and just daydream, and then when you snap back you can't remember what you were thinking about but you feel really creeped out, like it was something really horrible? It's only happened to me a few times but it's quite weird and it does make me worry.
Sorry to reappear and immediately start picking your brains... but if you can tell me if this is normal or not I'd be really grateful.

I feel extremely low tonight. I guess the meds won't start working for another month or so. Sigh. It gets tiring. Depression is exhausting.

This is a general point, not specifically directed to you post above, Laus, but has anyone found exercise to help with energy levels or even depression itself?

I don't find exercise per se helps, but I love gymnastics so much that it helps me because I couldn't ever feel crap while I was doing it. I stop thinking about everything and I just love it to bits.

You might find that with a sport, it might be something else. Certainly won't hurt to try.

I sometimes exercise. It's something I want to do more of, to see if it helps. Do you find it helps?

A man walks out of his apartment,
It is raining, he's got no umbrella
He starts running beneath the awnings,
Trying to save his suit,
Trying to save his suit.
Trying to dry, and to dry, and to dry but no good

When he gets to the crowded subway platform,
He takes off both of his shoes
He steps right into somebody's fat loogie
And everyone who sees him says, "Ew."
Everyone who sees him says, "Ew."

But he doesn't care,
'Cause last night he got a visit from the
Ghost of Corporate Future
The ghost said, "Take off both your shoes
Whatever chances you get
Especially when they're wet."

He also said,
"Imagine you go away
On a business trip one day
And when you come back home,
Your children have grown
And you never made your wife moan,
Your children have grown
And you never made your wife moan."

"And people make you nervous
You'd think the world is ending,
And everybody's features have somehow started blending
And everything is plastic,
And everyone's sarcastic,
And all your food is frozen,
It needs to be defrosted."

"You'd think the world was ending,
You'd think the world was ending,
You'd think the world was ending right now.
You'd think the world was ending,
You'd think the world was ending,
You'd think the world was ending right now."

"Well maybe you should just drink a lot less coffee,
And never ever watch the ten o'clock news,
Maybe you should kiss someone nice,
Or lick a rock,
Or both."

"Maybe you should cut your own hair
'Cause that can be so funny
It doesn't cost any money
And it always grows back
Hair grows even after you're dead"

"And people are just people,
They shouldn't make you nervous.
The world is everlasting,
It's coming and it's going.
If you don't toss your plastic,
The streets won't be so plastic.
And if you kiss somebody,
Then both of you'll get practice."

"The world is everlasting
Put dirtballs in your pocket,
Put dirtballs in your pocket,
And take off both your shoes.
'Cause people are just people,
People are just people,
People are just people like you.
People are just people,
People are just people,
People are just people like you."

The world is everlasting
It's coming and it's going
The world is everlasting
It's coming and it's going
It's coming and it's going.

Hi All hope your ok?

Seems like iv ****** things up with you guys on here (dep soc) aswell. No one seems to be talking to me anymore or taking anything that I say on board so this is my farewell message leaving the dep soc.

I hope you all get better soon, and keep positive I love you all. I regarded you guys as my friends and hope you felt the same, but I understand.

Goodbye all xxxxx

Good luck with Mum Laura

Good luck Charlotte x
what's wrong? stick around!
Im not feeling good. Im really peeved off with patrick. He says he'll change so I forgive him and then he doesnt ring me for 2 weeks. Im finding it so hard to manage my contract so i dont waste all my money at once, so i cant ring people for large amounts of time and he's probably goign to say i could email him. when in fact i dont want to use the net this much because i dont want to spend time away from David. I hate how when he apologises I accept it. What do I do? Am i such a gullible mess that I fall for it every time?

Feeling better again, the meds seem to be working earlier than usual. Maybe it's just a placebo, but I haven't felt down, apart from when I became somehwat suicidal again, I didn't do i though. I seem to be sleeping loads though, not that relaxation is something I've been trying to achieve for ages!.

How's everyone else?.
Overslept again. I had frigging seminar today, one thing. FFS.

Are you going to bed at a reasonable time, if you are, you're just like me then, I can't get up at all these past few weeks.

I went to bed at about half 2... Which is late, but my seminar was at 1, so I didn't have to get up until half 11/12 which is over the 8 hours sleep I aim for. I've always had issues with getting up, but this just takes the biscuit. How is it I can get up for a 9am lecture but not for a 1pm?!
