Nope, I mean I'm leaving IC.

Quite a few reasons tbh - I don't like the course at all [well, the maths at least], and I wouldn't be allowed to change because I don't have Bs in everything. More importantly though, I just felt it didn't really suit me - I wasn't particularly happy.

The male-female ratio didn't bother me much, more the vast number of international students, I don't mean to be prejudice, but a lot of their cultures etc were so diverse I felt like a complete outsider. That and I'm crap with people.

The ratio sucks but don't forget that the Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle is just round the corner and that French girls are nearly always hot and that as a first year you'd only be one year older. I wouldn't suggest hanging around at the gates though! I guess there must be all kinds of sources of female companionship around and about.

you're probably referring to the cliquey cypriots and chinese crowds then... don't worry you're not the only one to feel like they don't socialise!

Aw, thanks

It's somewhat unnerving hearing your name amongst the midst of another language!

discussing yourself! how rude of them!

I converse in both languages sometimes, but not when a friend is present... it's just showing such disrespect to do that!

It's just opposite the Natural History Museum. If that's Queen's Gate, then yes, it's there.

I'd never have guessed there'd be enough Cypriots at Imperial to be cliquey, Cyprus isn't exactly China population-wise.

Having girls around outside isn't really the same as having access to them. Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't go up to some random girl in the street and say 'Hey, baby!'

Same for me, I would'nt go up to a girl I did not know, in the street, but at a party or any socializing event it would be different.

sorry.. but thats a high school.. ew

if you really want to meet ladys, as in women, hang out with the musical folk in the royalschool of music or from the art school. Generally you will find joining things like dance soc etc puts the ratio on a more level flooring. either that or you could find a gf before you get here.
